Is John L. Scott Ballard a virtual office?
We use a virtual-first model with a physical Ballard office. Brokers can work where clients and properties need them, while staying connected to leadership, training, marketing, and transaction support. The office is available for purposeful in-person meetings.

Can I meet my broker at the office?
Yes. Schedule with your broker or the office before coming in. That helps us make sure the appropriate person and meeting space are available for your consultation.
Do your brokers only work in Ballard?
No. Our office serves Seattle, Snohomish County, and the greater Puget Sound region. Service areas vary by broker. Tell us where you’re looking or selling, and we’ll help you connect with someone suited to your plans.
Do you help both buyers and sellers?
